  • Do I need to provide a parking space for the team?
    Yes. Please make sure there is an available parking place near your property. You can either find a parking spot yourself or choose to have the fee added to the final bill.

    We don’t use harsh chemicals. We use professional-grade cleaning products designed for use in both domestic and commercial properties if needed. However, if you are sensitive or allergic to certain chemicals, please tell us when you book our cleaning services and we will make sure that the service is carried out with alternative products.

    We strongly recommend booking the after builders cleaning service after they finish. We will be happy to clean some areas of the property while builders are still working on other parts, in order to give you a clean area. However, please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee the best results if there is more construction/renovation work to be done after the cleaning service.

    Yes, you can. If you book oven cleaning + another of our services, you get a discounted price. A lot of our clients prefer to combine the cleanup of their cooker with a fridge or dishwasher cleaning. But you can add any other of our services and will still get a reduction of the price.
  • Do you clean hobs, extractors, fridges, and other white goods?
    Yes, we clean all kinds of kitchen appliances. Contact us for additional information about our white goods cleaning services.
  • Do I need to supply or provide any cleaning materials?
    No, the cleaning team will bring all products and equipment necessary for completion of the job. All the materials are included in the price of this service.
  • Do you clean AGA and other types of heat-storage range cookers?
    All the technicians in our team are well-trained to can clean AGA, Rangemaster, and any other type of heat-storage range cookers.
  • Exactly how long does it take to clean my oven fully?
    The time we need to clean an oven depends on the size and condition of the appliance. However, our technicians will be able to be more precise and give you a time estimate once they are on site.
  • Who will carry out the sanitisation?
    This service is provided by professional sanitisation technicians who use equipment and protection gear such as masks gloves, glasses and even hazmat suits if needed.​
  • Is the treatment effective against coronavirus (COVID-19)?
    We use BS EN 1276 certified virucides. This means that they have been lab-tested against a wide variety of germs and proven to destroy 99.999% of pathogens found on surfaces.
  • Can I be at the property during the process of sanitisation?
    The sanitisation will take 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the property. It is recommended for the occupants to leave the property for around 2 hours after the procedure. Our treatment is safe and need only some ventilation upon completion.
  • Do I need to prepare the property before the procedure?
    There is no need of special preparation, however we suggest any small objects or valuable items to be put aside, so the technician will have unobstructed access to all the surfaces.
  • Can I combine the treatment with a different service?
    Yes, you can! For even better results, we would recommend any of our cleaning offers to be performed prior to the disinfection, so you will have neat and sanitised property. We also provide discounted prices if you decide to combine services.
